How
To Play Slots:
What are Slots? Slot machines
or one-armed bandits cannot be called anything other than games
of chance. They have evolved in terms of design from simple mechanical
contraptions which had three spinning reels to today's microprocessor
controlled devices with three to five spinning reels. Reels are
the spinning wheels inside the slot machine window on which the
symbols (such as fruit, diamonds, animals, stars, and bullets)
are printed or displayed. Online slots take this design one step
further to create a virtual machine which operates as a program
on your computer screen and accesses its randomly generated spin
routine from a server connected to you through the Internet. Your
goal, no matter what type of machine you're using, is to spin
the reels in such a way that a row of symbols stops on a pay-line
in a winning combination. The slot machine's pay-out table will
tell you what each winning combination pays, and is also determined
by the number of coins you play. On progressive slot machines,
the Jackpot on that machine accumulates each time you play. When
some lucky Player finally hits the Jackpot, the big prize is reset
and starts adding up all over again. When using any type of slot
machine, the basic idea is simple. If you do not spin a winning
combination, keep wrestling with the bandit until you do.
