First place yor bet - $1, $5, $25 and $100. This first bet is called the ‘ante’. Then your ready to Deal your hand
Five face-up cards are dealt to the player. Four face-down and one face-up card are dealt to the dealer.
Now choose Bet or Fold. If you click fold, you lose, and the dealer will show his hand
If you click Bet then twice the amount of the ante is placed on the table. Then all the dealer’s cards are shown and winnings paid.
First bet is called the ante, and are then given 5 cards. The dealer is also gets five cards, four face-down and one up. You can choose to either ‘fold’ or ’bet’. If you fold, you lose. If you bet, then twice the amount of the ante is wagered, and the dealer then reveals four cards. A dealer must have an Ace-King or better. If the dealer’s hand is not Ace-King or higher, you win the ante and nothing on the bet. If the dealer’s hand is better than yours, the house collects your ante and bet. If the dealer’s hand is not better, you are paid even money on the ante, and an amount on the bet, as shown in the table below.
A draw, or ‘push’, is declared if the dealer’s hand ties yours. Then the ante and the bet are returned to the player.
The dealer can also have..
- One pair
- Two pairs
- Three of a kind
- Straight
- Flush
- Full house
- Four of a kind
- Straight flush
- Royal flush (highest)
If the hands are ranked the same, the highest numbered cards win. Examples are, a flush with an Ace high beats another with King . If both the highest numbered cards are the same then highest cards not held in common will determine the winner. The suit order of the cards does not matter for winning cards. If they are exactly the same then its a push and all money is given back to the players.
